Senior Men's VS Colac Otway Rovers Green, Home, 7-0 Win

Our Senior team closed out an undefeated grading period with a strong win against the Colac Otway Rovers Reserve Green team.  The match highlights included two wonder strikes from James Pojani and Jared Holt finding the top corners of the net from range.

The Greens played a strong defensive game, which challenged the patience of the Senior Group, but eventually the defensive lapses were capitalised upon to run out convincing winners.

A much stronger defensive performance and a massive improvement on the game from Round 2.  The team is beginning to combine well, and will continue to build their skills through the year.

U14 Girls VS Warrnambool Wolves, Away, 9-0 Loss

U13 A

U13A VS Barwon SC, Home, 3-0 Win

The U13A team played another strong team game to come away with a third straight win. The crossbar was shaking at both ends of the ground as multiple scoring chances went begging with the ball flying around.

After settling first our boys soon found the back of the net through Finley Geary, a constant threat all day as he lead the line up front, followed by a Kade Genua header; sneaking in at the back post from a well place Thor Medley corner kick. Kade's first touch of the game proved decisive as the Rovers took a 2-0 lead into half time.

The second half saw more chances created with excellent passing through the midfield and wonderful team play lead by Zaiden Finn and Dash Bannan. Thor Medley sealed the game with a looping shot from range to see the Rovers run  out 3-0 winners.

U13 B

U13B VS Barwon SC, Away, 6-3 Win

Rippa game today with a 6-3 win to us against Barwon.  3 quick goals to Saxon, Lachie and Benji had the Rovers in control early with Cruz Matthews adding a 4th before half time. Rovers took a 4-1 lead into the break.

A strong finish saw second half goals to Saxon and Benji with our boys going on to record their first win of the season, Well Done to all.

Player of the Match was Eli who did a great job as goalie.

U11 Wallabies 

U11 Wallabies VS Geelong SC, Away, 7-0 Loss 

After two very strong wins in the opening two weeks of the season, our Wallabies came back to earth with a thud on Sunday as Geelong SC proved too strong.
Another great opportunity for our kids to grow and develop, and we look forward to being back home next weekend at Western Reserve.

U11 Joeys Black VS Lara United Red SC, Home, 13-1 Win

A spectacular performance by this group! Everyone played superbly, with little faults noticed. The cohort had been working hard on playing their positions throughout the week and their hard work proved its worth.

Our Joeys Green team are building a nice run of form with a second strong win on Sunday against Nth Geelong.
