Constitution for Colac Otway Rovers AFC
The current constitution was ratified at the 2025 AGM (October 22nd)
Key changes include:
- Change of name from Committee to Board and Committee Members to Directors
- Inclusion of Life and Social Membership Categories
- Financial Year ends on October 30th each year
- Office Bearers appointed for 2 year terms (President and Treasurer alternating with Vice President and Secretary)
- Quorums at General Meetings to be no less than 15 members
Strategic Plan
Officially released to the public in May 2025, this Strategic Plan Summary outlines the core identity of the Colac Otway Rovers A.F.C. and affirms our commitment to community, growth and innovation. It captures the club’s renewed focus on our purpose and long-term vision, providing a clear roadmap for our priorities and strategic direction from 2025 through to 2030.
The plan identifies four foundational pillars:
- Community
- Membership
- Pathways
- Infrastructure
These pillars will shape our efforts and initiatives over the coming years. Each pillar reflects our dedication to fostering a progressive and forward-thinking sporting environment that serves the Colac region and beyond.
